Kelly Hurst
Solicitor
I graduated with a first-class honours degree in Law from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2012. While working at a top 100 Law Firm in the North-West, I completed both my Legal Practice Course and training contract. I qualified as a Solicitor in 2021, and subsequently joined a Legal 500 regional firm in South Manchester before relocating to the South-West. I have recently been mentioned in the Legal 500 as a notable lawyer and I bring a client-centred approach to every matter. I joined SRB in March 2025.
I am in the final stages of completing the STEP diploma, further enhancing my expertise in private client work.
I specialise in all aspects of private client work including Wills, Estate Administration, Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning, Declarations of Trust, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the outdoors and reading a good book.
