Client Satisfaction Statistics

Here you can find our current quality of service statistics for the period of December 2020 to December 2021.

This graph shows that over 84% of our clients reviewed our services as being excellent. Nearly 14% left a good review. Less than 2% said we were only adequate. Finally, only one client said our performance was poor. Although we are unhappy to see this happen it still means that less than a single per cent of our clients felt let down by the service we provided them. 

This means overall for 2020-2021 we provided good legal services to 97% of our clients. However, this still means there is room for improvement and we will seek to give quality legal advice to our clients for 2021-2022 and beyond. 

Client satisfaction is something we will constantly strive to improve at SRB no matter what statistics we reach. However, we are still pleased that the significant majority of our clients felt valued after using our services.
