Vanessa Collins
Solicitor
Having trained and qualified in a law firm in central London, in 2008 I began working on Twickenham High Street as a Private Client Solicitor for the former local law firm Keppe and Partners. The firm was taken over by Sinclairslaw Ltd in 2012 until its branch closure in 2025. I moved to Stone Rowe Brewer in May 2025.
I have a particular specialism in Court of Protection matters but have experience in all areas of Private Client. I very much enjoy working in this area of law as it provides me with the opportunity to build long lasting, trusted relationships with local clients and their families advising on a wide range of issues as their need arises.
I have been involved in the following notable cases:
- Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Local Health Board v RY & CP (2016) EWHC 3256 (Fam) acting for an individual litigant.
- Guys and St Thomas Children’s Foundation Trust v Pippa Knight (by an officer of Cafcass and her children’s Guardian) (2021) EWHC25 (Fam)
