Practical, Commercial Real Estate Advice with a Solutions-Focused Approach
I advise on a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters, acting for developers, investors, lenders, businesses and private clients. My work ranges from straightforward acquisitions and disposals through to complex development projects, investment transactions and secured lending arrangements.
I enjoy building long-term relationships with my clients and understanding the commercial objectives behind every transaction. Property transactions are rarely just about the legal documentation—they are often significant business or personal milestones. My role is to provide clear, practical advice, identify solutions to potential issues at an early stage and help clients complete their transactions as efficiently as possible.
Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2020, I have developed experience across all aspects of real estate, acting on matters involving commercial leasing, development, landlord and tenant issues, real estate finance and high-value acquisitions and disposals. I regularly work alongside corporate colleagues where property forms part of wider business acquisitions, restructurings and investment projects, allowing me to provide clients with commercially focused advice that reflects the bigger picture.
I have acted for a wide variety of clients, including developers, hotel operators, healthcare providers, bridging lenders, charities, trustees, entrepreneurs and private investors. Whether acting on a first acquisition or a complex multi-million-pound transaction, I pride myself on delivering responsive, commercially minded advice tailored to each client’s objectives.
Away from work, I enjoy keeping up to date with developments in the property and lending markets, following technology and innovation, and spending my spare time playing the piano, classical guitar and harmonica. I also enjoy Formula 1, rugby, football and cycling.
