Rachel Castelino
Solicitor
I have had over 10 years residential conveyancing experience. I started my career as a Legal Secretary and then I qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2012 before qualifying as a solicitor in 2018.

Expertise & Experience
I undertake a range of property matters for both individual and business clients including sale and purchase residential property, transfers of equity and re-mortgage transactions. I also specialise in Landlord and Tenant matters to include drafting new leases and lease extensions.
I pride myself on building good relationships with my clients and providing them with clear, practical advice based on my knowledge and experience. I focus on getting transactions completed in the most expeditious way by taking a proactive approach. I am a highly responsive individual who is driven to succeed. I act quickly and co-operate with all parties involved to facilitate positive outcomes.
I understand each of my clients’ needs and I guide them through the residential process and look to find pragmatic solutions whilst ensuring they are given strategic and tactical advice.
I work closely with Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Surveyors and Lenders and take the time to connect with other professionals.
As a result of my work ethic, I receive a lot of repeat business and many new clients come to me through personal recommendation by existing clients.
