Paige Symns
Solicitor
I joined SRB in March 2022, shortly after passing the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations. During my time with the firm, I completed a Master of Laws (LLM) and qualified as an Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator. I undertook my Qualifying Work Experience with SRB and went on to qualify as a Solicitor in June 2023.
I have experience across a wide range of commercial and civil litigation matters, with particular expertise in property-related disputes, including complex possession proceedings, TOLATA claims and breaches of lease. I also regularly assist clients with disputes involving breach of contract and debt recovery.
In addition, I am frequently instructed to provide independent legal advice on employment settlement agreements, as well as on personal guarantees relating to buy-to-let mortgages and company lending arrangements.
I take a clear, pragmatic and client-focused approach, ensuring that clients are fully supported throughout their matter and that advice is tailored to meet their objectives.
