Sue Jackson
Solicitor
I qualified as a solicitor in 2011 at a London firm and have solely specialised in clinical negligence litigation since then. I have predominantly acted for Claimants, but also have experience in defending claims, giving me an insight into both sides of litigation.

Experience & Expertise
Prior to training as a solicitor, I have a wealth of experience within the medical field: first as a medical student for 2 years, then as a practitioner of Chinese Medicine, studying and teaching medical sociology and public health and working within an academic department of medicine in trials of treatment for hepatitis B and C. I have a Masters degree in Medical Law from Kings College London.
I enjoy the challenge of resolving disputes across a wide range of cases: from high-value birth injury cases to delayed cancer diagnoses, surgical negligence, sepsis, fatal cases and many others across the whole spectrum of possible clinical negligence. My aim is always to remain open and accessible to clients through what can be tough times to offer both support and tailored professional advice to clients.
Outside work, I have combined my professional life with raising my son (now 21) as a single parent. I also love to explore different cultures both within cosmopolitan London as well as through travel and exploring different cuisines.
