Project Description

Laura Tomlin-Skinner

Residential Conveyancer

I joined Stone Rowe Brewer in January 2020 and I am based in the Teddington office. I have over 15 years’ experience working in conveyancing. I deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, help to buy, shared ownership and right to buy purchases. I also deal with some lease extension work. I like to offer my clients a friendly and efficient service and to keep them informed at all times. I love what I do and the sense of achievement I get when I am able to tell someone that they can collect the keys to their new home.

Experience & Expertise

I have a degree in Geography from Royal Holloway, University of London. I am in the process of studying to become a Licenced Conveyancer. I have passed exams in Contract Law, Landlord & Tenant and Land Law and I hope to qualify in the near future

Outside of work I enjoy reading, listening to music/podcasts and binge-watching box sets. I am interested in interior design and property renovation which is good as we recently bought our current house and it’s a bit of a project! I like to keep fit and I have taken part in nearly 50 5km Park runs. I also recently ran the Cancer Research 10km London Winter Run which I really enjoyed, retrospectively! I live locally with my husband and our young son and two pet fish, Dennis Bergkamp and Thierry Henry.
