A Wealth of Experience
With well over 20 years experience in residential conveyancing you could say I have seen it all! Whilst I have seen a lot (which helps) I know that no two client’s wants and needs are the same and each matter is unique.
I pride myself on ascertaining what my client’s specific requirements and concerns are from day one. Whether it be timeframes to work to, planning concerns, financing issues or just whether the dishwasher is included! I make sure I know what’s important to my client and do my utmost to make their conveyancing transaction as straightforward as possible.
Expertise & Experience
I have a wealth of experience in both leasehold and freehold conveyancing and have been a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives since 1999. I act for all types of clients from First Time Buyers to Property Developers.
There are no two ways about it, buying property and moving home is stressful. I aim to make it less so. I speak in plain English and am happy to spend time explaining the conveyancing process and offering practical advice.
Communication is key! I know it’s important for my clients to get hold of me when they need me. I try to take all client calls when they come in and if that’s not possible to return them as soon as I can. Myself and my team are happy to phone, email, fax, post and of course, see you in person whichever is best for you.
I live locally and enjoy cycling (in a leisurely manner), reading, travelling, art, listening to music, cooking and admiring my cat’s expertise in relaxation techniques.
