Clare Gooch

After completing my LPC in 2010, I joined a high street firm to undertake my training contract. Within my training contract, I covered many disciplines that included Conveyancing, Family and Probate law. Upon completing my Training Contract and qualifying as a Solicitor in 2013, I realised that the private client sector was not for me and so I joined a national law firm to gain experience in the world of Clinical Negligence.

  • LLB (Hons): Bournemouth University
  • Legal Practice Certificate 2010
Clare Gooch - Solicitor

Initially, I began as a paralegal learning the rules and procedures involved with litigation. After a time, I was ready to spread my wings and undertake a fee earning role. I moved firms and began to fee earn in an area I thoroughly enjoyed.

I have gained a wide knowledge and experience in many areas of Clinical Negligence, ranging from misdiagnosis, to the failure of a diagnosis, birthing injuries and much more. For me communication is key in any relationship and so I work hard to ensure that our clients are fully supported throughout the Clinical Negligence process.

Outside of work I enjoy keeping fit, listening to music, reading and seeing friends and family where I can.
