SRB Continue To Support Local Arts

Filmmaking has always been a great passion of mine, and for my graduation film at the Met Film School, I made a film based on the life of Emma, Lady Hamilton, called The Death of Britannia in Cirencester, utilising the beautiful architecture and surroundings of the Cotswolds.

No film is made without a budget, and it was an important part of our assignment to find sponsors for our films to ensure authenticity when it comes to costume, sets and props, to hire actors and also for distribution.

When looking for sponsors, I decided to research companies who had sponsored the arts locally in the past, and I happened upon Stone Rowe Brewer LLP, who had previously sponsored the Twickenham Film Festival, and they agreed to help sponsor my film.

Without their contribution, I would never have been able to make this film, and it is because of their generosity that I can now apply to local and overseas festivals and finally distribute The Death of Britannia.

Thank you SRB, for all of your help, I couldn’t have made this film without you.
