How we work

At Stone Rowe Brewer LLP, we are aware that even a seemingly minor injury can be very traumatic for you, and that it can cause you to take time off work. If you are unsure whether or not you have a claim, then our APIL accredited team will offer you a free interview to advise you on your prospects of success.

Many other firms will turn away cases that do not virtually guarantee them success. Here at Stone Rowe Brewer LLP, we believe that everyone deserves a chance and we frequently take on (and win) difficult cases that other solicitors have turned down as they do not have the confidence or experience to win them.

If you are awarded compensation, we will strive to ensure that you receive as much of that compensation as possible. However, changes in the law since 1st April 2013 dictate that not all of our costs are now recoverable from the opponent. We will advise you as to how this works and whether there will be any deduction from your compensation.

Whether your injury is , work-related or the result of an accident, clinical or medical negligence or criminal activity, our team will be able to help you.
