New Pension Rights For Nannies and Carers
From today, small businesses with up to 30 staff, along with families who employ a nanny or carer, will be required to offer pension provisions under the auto-enrolment rules which were originally introduced by the Government in 2012. Therefore, all employees aged over 22 years of age earning more than £10,000 become eligible to workplace pension rights if they choose.
