Changes to our Consumer protection legislation are about to take place, with the new Consumer Rights Act coming into force on October 1st 2015.
The law will be easier to understand, meaning that consumers can buy, and businesses can sell to them, with confidence. It is also hoped that when disputes do arise, they will be able to be resolved quickly and cheaply.
