Alex assists clients on all aspects of company and commercial law including:
- The buying and selling of businesses
- Company formations, including advising on business structure and drafting partnership agreements, shareholders agreements, joint venture agreements and bespoke articles of association
- Company secretarial matters
- Commercial contracts
Alex also advises both employers and employees in respect of employment law issues.
Outside of work Alex enjoys reading, travelling and both playing and watching football.
