Alex O’Leary

Solicitor, Company and Commercial

Alex joined Stone Rowe Brewer in April 2016 as a solicitor in our Company and Commercial Department.

Alex studied Law with Accountancy at the University of Brighton before completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the College of Law in Guildford, with Distinction. Alex then trained and qualified at a West End firm, qualifying in April 2013.

Alex assists clients on all aspects of company and commercial law including:

  • The buying and selling of businesses
  • Company formations, including advising on business structure and drafting partnership agreements, shareholders agreements, joint venture agreements and bespoke articles of association
  • Company secretarial matters
  • Commercial contracts

Alex also advises both employers and employees in respect of employment law issues.

Outside of work Alex enjoys reading, travelling and both playing and watching football.
